  ABOUT MYSELF   

Hi, my name is Ong Li Ying, 20 years old, pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration at Multimedia University (MMU). 

I am a friendly, responsible, compassionate and easy-going person. In life, I am an introverted person who prefers to be by myself most of the time, doesn't talk much, but turn thoughts into actions. After attending a social gathering or finishing a project, I believe that spending some time alone might help me quickly recover to a "fully charged" state. Spending time with myself keeps me "recharged " and ready for fighting.

   MY SKILL SET   

Working part-time in the education field as a kindergarten teacher is a crucial experience to me. I have mastered and developed strong time management🕖to allocate time. I always believe that it can help us with half the work and twice the effort. For example, I mentally prioritize important tasks to avoid time shortages and increase productivity effectively. 

Besides, I also developed my communication skills, conflict resolution skills and problem solving skills to resolve problems such as quarrels between children with an effective solution. I realize that communication skills are important for anyone; they can help coordinate between colleagues and establish friendly relationships with each other.

I have also learnt the ability of teamwork, which can help us complete the task successfully. This job taught me how to work with others in practical operations, such as co-organizing group activities. Since most choices in this workplace are made collectively, I have also learnt to respect others' opinions and present mine in a way that encourages consensus.

   MY GOALS   

These skills that I learned are effectively play an important role in my life. I hope that I can incorporate these valuable skills in my future job. From now on, I'm committed to learning other new skills and knowledge to enhance my competitiveness.
